Performing physical exercise frequently allows us to remain active and, in addition to the many health benefits it has shown, it helps us raise our energy level, increase our sense of well-being and improve our daily performance, reducing stress and the anxiety.
Do some physical activity for at least thirty/forty minutes and not less than three times a week. Before starting physical activity, it is good that you do some stretching to avoid injury. Dedicate at least 7 minutes to stretch before starting the exercises. Keep in mind that not every person can do any type of exercise, so you have to be clear if the activity you are going to do you can do or not.
As much as if you lead a sedentary life, as if you need to raise your energy, or improve your health, exercise regularly. Do not look for excuses like weather, fatigue, lack of time or the phase of the moon.
